Daisy Gibbons

Daisy Gibbons, a graduate of Cambridge University’s Slavonic Department, translates Ukrainian fiction and nonfiction. She has translated several short books published by Osnovy Publishing and has published two full-length novels: Tamara Duda’s award-winning Daughter and Vakhtang Kipiani’s WWII, Uncontrived and Unredacted: Testimonies from Ukraine. She also won second prize in the Ukrainian Institute London’s 2021 Translation Prize, and is currently translating novels by Artem Chapeye and Oleg Sentsov.
