Barrett Watten

Barrett Watten was co-editor, with Lyn Hejinian, of Poetics Journal, which led to the publication of A Guide to Poetics Journal: Writing in the Expanded Field, 1982–1998 (Wesleyan University Press, 2013) and Poetics Journal Digital Archive (Wesleyan University Press, 2015). With eight other writers, he collaborated with Hejinian on The Grand Piano: An Experiment in Collective Autobiography, San Francisco, 1975–1980 (Mode A/This Press, 2006–10). He teaches at Wayne State University in Detroit.
